Debbie

I installed a Wireless-B broadband router and have not
been able to print since. Somehow the installation
deleted my printer subsystem and now I have no installed
printers. Any clues as to what happened and how to fix
it? We called the tech services line for the router and
they say it is not a compatibility problem and that
Windows needs to be reinstalled. Argh. Thank you for any
help. I'm not sure I want to go through all that unless I
understand what the cause is.

Check to see if your print spooler service is running in Services - also
check your event logs.
