Are there specific groups to browse for reports 'on all in one' hp
printers losing communication with the laptop?
A friend in Australia has the error message coming up ' phone is off the
hook' . The computer has been working previously sending a print message
to the printer (wireless setup) and just recently no printing plus this
strange error.
I've been attempting to assist but its not easy by long distance phone
call <lol>
I wondered if using the home network troubleshooting techniques would
apply- ping the printer for example....because the IP address is in the
printer and the special port has the address within the laptop.
