Windows XP Wireless Networks

I've got 3 computers connected to my wireless network, 2 wireless and one wired-in. Is there any software that will allow me to see what is on another computer on the network without actually setting up shared folders etc.

if your using XP Pro then all hard disk volumes are shared by default although they are hidden. To access type "\\hostname\c$" d$ etc. Note, you'll need an administrator account on the target PC.
