I have a Bluetooth Wireless Mouse, and it seems to be constantly stuck in
"Busy" mode The Hourgalss will nto go away!). I have tried switching the
pointer, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help?? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like a device driver issue. Have you checked for updates to improve
stability? Have you tried restarting the system then peer it again?

Sorry! I am not yet fluent in "Computerese." Where should I check for
updates, and what does it mean to "Peer it again?" I have restarted several
times, to no avail. Might it do any good to System Restore?
Sorry to be such a bother!! I really do appreciate the help!

A device driver is a piece of software that allows your hardware to
communicate with the operating system (Windows). Its possible that driver is
not working right now, so you might need to update or uninstall and
reinstall it. You can get an updated driver from the manufacturer of the
Wireless Mouse website. Peering involves tying it to the system, so it
functions with it, you should be able to do this through the Bluetooth
applet located in Control Panel.

You could try a system restore, which sometimes works, try doing it before
you started experience this problem.

Thank you for your help! I updated the drivers, but it didn't change
anything. I did a System Restore, and now it seems to be working properly.
Thank you again!
