I recently installed the latest updates from microsoft
for windows XP, and after doing so, my linksys wireless
usb adapter, model wusb11 v2.6 proceeded to stop
working. I contacted linksys on the subject matter, and
they said that it was a known issue in regards to windows
XP home, but that they were unaware of this happening
with windows XP pro. Does anyone know if this problem
extends to XP pro? If so, the linksys person I spoke
with mentioned that there is a hotfix available from
Microsoft, would someone be able to please direct me
towards a download location for this hotfix? Would be
muchly appreciated.

The computer that had the wireless usb adapter installed
was able to see available networks prior to upgrade.
After the upgrade however, no networks were listed, and I
was unable to click the advanced tab in the wireless
connections screen.
