LinkSys Wireless-G USB Network Adapter - WUSB54G

[WUSB54G]

I am haing trouble installing the WUSB54G. I install and
the connection is intermittent. Most of the time, is
won't connect or show the available wireless networks to
attach to. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Linksys and
they said that it is a Microsoft Wireless Configuration
System issue. Any ideas? BTW: The Linksys 8021b USb
adapter that I have had for over a year works just fine!

As a trial, disable WZC. Set up the card from either device manager
properties or the configuration utility, which you might have to install
from the installation CD.

I am having the same issue. Spent 2 hours with Linksys only to be told to upgrade to XP SP3.. which unless i am missing something does not yet exist. I am getting a "device cannot start code 10 message".

The WRT54G router works fine with my .11b embedded wifi in my toshiba notebook but i cannot get connectivity on my desktop xp at all. any ideas
