Wireless keyboard & mouse "Q" :

I'm wanting to buy the MS wireless optical desktop 700 that has a keyboard
and mouse with a USB transmitter.
Question:
Sometimes have to use DOS applications and have to depend on the keyboard,
is this going to be a problem?

Two things:
Many wireless receivers work using either USB or traditional PS2
connections. If you hook up using PS2 then DOS applications (boot)
won't have an issue. If you motherboard BIOS has an option called
"Legacy USB" then you'll be able to use the keyboard. However, if
you use bootable media ( Like a 9X boot disk ) you could run into
issues. Just be sure that Legacy USB function is enabled.
