Wireless Internet obtaining an IP address

My wireless connection wont connect to my University
internet network anymore. It did at first and now it wont
obtain an IP address. I've heard the only fix is to
reinstall Windows!! help?

Is your University using WEP security? if so they may
have changed the WEP keys, you should ask the admin of
the network and they may provide you with a key to access
the wireless access point.
