I have a different connection problem.
MY wireless network shows it's working but whenever I try opening my web
browser a dial up window keeps coming up.
I don't know how to connect without that dial up.
Thanks
Randy

Try control panel internet options and on the connections tab add a check
mark to 'Never Dial a connection'

My flatmate has the same problem as Randy; our wireless network shows as
working (both on her laptop and on my Mac which is hard-wired to the router)
and whenever she tries to connect to the internet, the dial-up box comes up.

We've already tried going into Internet Control Panel and ticking 'Never
dial a connection' - however, when we try to access the internet (for exampel
google.com), an error pages comes up saying that google.com has been blocked.
This happens with every site we try.

We're stumped - if any of you lovely people have any ideas?
