Wireless Connection - Local Only

I have recently bought a new laptop that had Viata Premium pre-installed on
it. Right out of the box it connected fine to dial up, wired DSL, and my work
wireless Internet BUT not on my home wireless Internet. I get a message that
says "Local Only."

I know it's not the wireless network card because it connects fine to the
wireless at my work.

I know it's not my router because I have another laptop (With the Vista
Premium OS) currently working wireless with it.

I have disabled and uninstalled all firewalls, anti-virus software, and
spyware detectors.

The only difference between the 2 laptops are one is an Acer which connected
to my wireless network great right out of the box, and the 2nd is a Toshiba
Satellite which will not connect to my home wireless and gives me the "Local
Only" message. Any ideas as to what I could try to fix this issue?

No, the router is not configured to use encryption.
Not sure about the MAC address. Where do I find if it's enabled or not?
Yes, the laptop does "see" the router and connects to it, but only give me
the "Local Only" instead of "Local and Internet," like it does at the office.
It connects to the local network. I can see the other PC's on the network,
just won't go that extra step of connecting to the Internet.

Any help/advice you can offer is much appreciated.
