Wireless - B and Wireless - G

I have 2 units Linksys 802.11G wireless and 2 units 802.11B wireless.
All 4 units have the same SSID and same 128bit wep key. All 4 units
located in different location of my company but in the same LAN.

For the beginning there was no problem for the network connection. But
after few days, the 2 units of 802.11b will cause my whole company
networking down. My company networking up again after I off this units
wireless.

I have tried to reconfigure the 802.11b wireless. The result is same.
When I change to different SSID and wep key, it's working.
change to same SSID but but different wep key. it's working too.
change to different SSID but same wep key, it's not working.

Since my company wanted to standardise the SSID and the wep key for the

users convenience. Is there any solution without changing to differnet
SSID and wep key.

pls help and advise, Thanks.

Hi

Hmm. Rather Strange, however the 801.11g units are not terribly expensive ditch the
802.11b. Besides smoother working, you would be able to use WPA, which is more secure
than WEP.
