wireless ad-hoc network problem

I have 2 laptops running XP Pro with a wireless NIC in
both. I want to establish an ad-hoc connection between the
2 computers. After setting up and configuring, both
computers are "connected" and sending packets but neither
computer is receiving. Wassup?
