Wired Networking Issue, Plz Help Me!

Well, here's my setup.

Internet Connection -> Hub->2 computers 1 old comp, 1 new comp (their names
for this one)

I have internet access from both.
From the OLD COMP, i can access all the shared folders on NEW COMP.

Now, the problem is, for some reason, on the NEW COMP, i cant get onto any
of the shared folders, or even find the OLD COMP, well i can see it in my
network places, but when i click properties it says cannot find server. grr

so, eveyrthing is perfect, apart from i cnt get from the NEW COMP to the OLD
COMP, i have ran network setup on the OLD one, but the prompt for enabling
fileshare does not appear (which seems a bit wierd) and it does on the NEW
one.
It is not my firewalls because i tried the same with them disabled.

What's my problem sad.gif

Are both computers running XP Home?

Can see computers but can't find server when trying to open sounds like name
resolution problem.
