Go to Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced and check the box to
break apart messages larger than a given value (try 1 megabyte) and then
attach the zip file or the movie clip. Then your recipient will be able to
combine and decode the various pieces and reassemble the message.

Make sure the recipient isn't on dialup also. <G>

Don't use email for that.
It's best to share large files by uploading them to a file sharing website
such as http://www.sendspace.com .
