WinXP Taskbar Tooltips

I notice that quite often, tooltips for items in the toolbar or system
tray - ie: the clock /date, are displayed behind the toolbar, rendering them
unreadable.

Anyone else XPerience this?

Any Fixes?

Yes I do. What I do is:
Right click the Taskbar/Properties/Taskbar tab/UNCheck Lock the taskbar/UNCheck
Keep the taskbar on top of other windows/Apply/OK

Right click the Taskbar/Properties/Taskbar tab/CHECK Lock the taskbar /CHECK
Keep the taskbar on top of other windows/Apply/OK

I have no idea why, but it works. For a while.
