Taskbar tooltips pop behind taskbar after power resume

Hi.

I'm running Windows XP SP1 on a Dell Inspiron 2650. When I restart Windows
tooltips appear normally over the taskbar. When the laptop hibernates and
resumes tooltips pop behind the taskbar. There is also that date tooltip that
still pops behind the clock which makes it very easy to read... Hum...

Will this stup... thing be fixed some day or will we all have to live with it?
Or is there a checkmark somewhere to disable taskbar tooltips? That way I'll
know why the don't pop. :-D

In Display properties, Appearance, I think, it's advanced
in XP selct "Tool Tips from the drop down and make the
font larger.

This solution does not work.

It's one of the great mysteries of the universe why Microsoft let's
these kind of OBVIOUS bugs go unfixed for so long. You'd think they
would be anxious to take care of the stuff that everyone can SEE???
Makes you wonder about how well they are designing the stuff that you
can't see.
