Hi. Can I order the new SP-2 update for WinXP on a CD when it is
available? If so what is the website or address.............Thanks.

Most likely yes.
Since it has not been released, there is no link for ordering the CD.

When SP2 is eventually released, there will be ordering
information available at www.microsoft.com. Until then,
there is no pre-release ordering info.
