WinXP software router?

I live in a rural area in Mexico, where the only internet access
is thru a cell phone 3G network. The phone company provides
a 3G USB or PCMCIA modem, which connects the computer
on which it is installed to the internet.

What I want is to set up a home network with multiple WinXP
computers able to access the internet. Thus I would need
a Windows XP software router/firewall/gateway of some kind
on the system with the USB/PCMCIA device. Does such
software exist?

Or is there another way to accomplish this (I know it can be done
with a Linux box, but that's not a great solution for me)

Thx, Gus
