WinXP Service Pack 2

I have a Cute TV Usb tuner installed. This was working perfectly until I
installed Service Pack 2. Since then there is no sound from the device. I
have a Dell Dimension 8200 I have been informed that there is a patch to fix
this problem. Could anyone, please, advise me if there is such a patch?
Where to find it? or if there is a work around?I have a Creative Audigy 2 ZS
audio card
