Windows XP WinXp problem

During System startup it asks for chkdisk for few disk. It ask everytime wen i start my system.

Can u plz help me on this to fix the problem
 
you probably might have a bad sector in your hard drive. run scandisk on your hard drive when you can; let it finish. thereafter, might as well do defrag. alternately, it may also be a virus that cloaks itself as a chkdsk prompt, but i'll need hijackthis logs to verify that
