Have you tried Entering Services.msc into Run command
Click to expand...
on Start Menu, going to Spooler Services and Restarting
it.
 
From the command prompt, type

net start spooler
(and hit enter)
 
Can anyone explain why the print spooler would just stop spooling/working?
