winxp Make installed software available to all local users

searching for this is impossible, though I'll bet it's
already been asked and answered bzillions of times.

here goes.
- WinXP-Pro
- one PC, several user accounts.
- admin installs new program (Nero Burning Rom that came
with new cd-burner)
- but no other user than admin can use it!
Q: how do I make the new installed software program
available to all users so each one can burn his own
CD's without bothering the admin?

Some applications will not work unless the user is an administrator or unless
file and maybe registry permissions have been modified to give regular users
needed rights such as modify. To answer your specific question, Nero has an
add-on called Burn Rights to allow non administrators to burn cds. See the link
