WinXP Installation Problem

[Type-R]

Hi, I just replace a new HD and install Win XP Pro. But the installation
process will become very very slow when it installed to remain 34mins
(waiting 3 hours still remain 34mins, cant complete). I had tried to replace
RAM, HD, CPU, connect cables, install disk, but it still has same problem.
Then I tried to install Win2000 Pro and it can complete to install. That
means the hardware do not have any problems. It only cant install Win XP.
Please help!!! Thx!!!
