Able to boot into dos but without CD support. Is there a way of adding it to
this floppy?

If not, who has a bootable XP CD (my XP-Pro OS is not on a bootable CD) or
floppy that will support seeing a 320gb hd.so I can load the OS onto a new
primary HD?

To make a bootable floppy that allows you to make a CD boot:
Install on PC that can't boot from CD
http://en.opensuse.org/Install_on_PC_that_can't_boot_from_CD

You can download an image file http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=297
or extract it from a bootable XP CD and use it to make a bootable XP CD with
SP2 integrated, that will read the full 320GB

All legitimate WinXP installation CDs are bootable.

Simply boot from the WinXP installation CD. You'll be offered the
opportunity to delete, create, and format partitions as part of the
installation process. (You may need to re-arrange the order of boot
devices in the PC's BIOS to boot from the CD.)

Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving me the source for creating a
bootable CD through Tacktech.com. Everything worked fine and got my HD
loaded.

You were the only person who had the answer, which would have saved me 8
hours of frustration. Thank you again.
