WinXp and Bookshelf 94

I have a Microsoft product Bookshelf 94 and I tried to install on
WinXP. The message I am getting is:
"Bookshelf 94 requires a VGA or better adapter".

I have much better then VGA adapter anf this program worked under my
Win98.
Is there any solution to this problem except going back to Win98?
