How can I determine if my WinXP Pro is 64 bit, 32, bit NT?

I do not even know what those labels mean.
Can you help me?

If you are asking - you have a 32 bit Windows.

And to add to the answers you've already gotten, there's no such thing
as "bit NT." Windows XP is a marketing name, and under the hood what
it is is Windows NT, version 5.1.

Click start>Right-click My Computer>Properties>General.
If you are using 64bit, it will be written there under Operating System.
If no "bit" mention, you are using 32bit.
