Winword.exe and Terminal Services

Hi, I have windows 2000 server running as an application
server using Terminal Server, server is dual proccessor
and when more than 1 person uses Word 2000 I get 100% CPU
usage, any ideas?
HELP....

Is it only for this specfic person, or everyone? Have you
tried turning off certain functionalities of Word, like
spell checking, to see if this problem goes away?

Also, go you have the latest service pack for Office
installed?

Hi, just gone to SP4 windows, wish I hadnt though.... and
the lates Office SP has been applied. Tried turning off
spell check and that didnt work. The problem applies to
all/any ts sessions, Help..

If you do this with an admin account, do you still get the
same result?
