csrss.exe error

I am getting the above error and
The Csrss.exe process and the Termsrv.exe process spike at
100 percent CPU usage on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based
Terminal server, and clients cannot make new connections
to the Terminal server. No other processes are running in
the Terminal Services session.

Does anyone know where I could download the fix. Thanks..
