Wins snap in for MMC

How do I find the Wins snap in for MMC? I have seen a Wins snap-in, but it is not an available snap-in from mmc.exe on my workstation (w2k pro). Is there an upgrade available, or are there additional snap-ins available through an upgrade? Thanks.
