WINS on multihomed W2K servers

I have the following WINS setup:


- WINS1 is running on a W2K advanced server that is multihomed (2 NICS - one
for the server IP address & the other for WINS). This server is part of the
AD domain

- WINS2 is running on the AD PDC emulator in a multihomed fashion.

What impact would this setup have on Windows resolution? The reason I am
asking this is the fact that when I run netdiag on my system, I get the
following message:

DC list test . . . . . . . . . . . : Failed
Failed to enumerate DCs by using the browser. [ERROR_REM_NOT_LIST]

Microsoft *still* does not support WINS installed on multi-homed servers.
Install WINS on another server.
