To build a customized version of WinPE, you first need to get the WinPE OEM
Preinstallation Kit from an Embedded MS Distributor... (well first you have
to have a Customer License Agreement on file with MS, also executed by MS
Embedded distributor) The OPK is free, but that will allow you to construct
your WinPe image... all the documentation is included with the OPK... if you
