Hi

I hope this is the right newsgroup for this topic...

I am new to WinPE and need some help:

Is there a way to deactivate the mouse driver support?
My DVD is a update dvd which run without any userintervention and the user
should ne be able to stop the update procedure!

I need to deactivate the serail and the usb driver...
(there is always a touch screen in use, once a serial and once a usb
connected)

Thanks in advance

Best regards

Won't be dead easy, but you can pull the mouse driver from txtsetup.sif.

If your touch screen is using the mouse driver, then the answer is no. You
can't deactivate a driver if it is in use, but similarly WinPE won't
recognize peripherals after it is booted.

Thanks, pulling the mouse driver from txtsetup.sif works...

Best regards,
Mario
