Winndows Update question

Hi,
How do you remove updates installed by windows update? I think one is
interfering with one of my programs. I already tried doing a system restore,
but it didn't work. I looked in and and remove programs but those things
aren't listed there except for Service Packs, &this particular update was not
a Service Pack. Is there a manual way to undo them? Please reply asap!

Have you reviewed Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel, seeing the
updates instelled?

Did you check the "Show Updates" box at the top of the window?

are you sure that the update is not protecting your system from that program?
what makes you think the problem is due to an update? What is the problem
and the program involved...?
