winmail backup

I have a program that backs up my XP mail , addresses, folders etc. I can't
find anything that will back up Vista Winmail.

I would really appreciate if someone can direct me to a source or program
that will do this so I don't have to enter all the addresses etc. in Vista
after a reformat.
