winlsrvill.exe and sysvc.ese

i found these two files, winlsrvill and sysvc running
under services.exe on my win2k system, i haven't been able
to find them anywhere on google or this site. they seem
pretty suspicious, are they something that i should be
concerned with? when i terminate them, they don't come
back and nothing happens to the system.

I didn't find any references to winlsrvill.exe or sysvc.exe. Right click on
them and see if the properties shows anything about them
