This happens on a semi-regular basis when the user returns from lunch and
puts in username and password to unlock computer.

TechNet Online Concierge Chat couldn't find anything, and suggested I post
my problem here.

Machine is an XP/SP2, current on updates.

Buzz,

I can't find the url for the Technet Concierge chat ... what is it? I'm on
the MVLS site .. been looking online .. no luck !
:/

MS has discontinued that benefit. My guess is that they figured out just how
useless it was and decided not to throw anymore money at it.

I was notified of that last month I think, maybe month before.
