winlogon.exe-Entry Point not found

winlogon.exe-Entry Point not found, the procedure entry
point AssocIsDangerous could not be located in the
dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll, i start up and that is
the message i always get? What do i do nothing happens.

I have the same problem. I think you need to rebot using the window xp cd. you can also visit www.jimohalloram.com.
