Winlogon.exe App Error

Can any one please help?
When I turn on my machine it looks as if its about to
boot up then I get a window that says

Winlogon.exe Application Error
The Instructions at 0x98575228 reference memory 0x98575228
The memory could not be "read"

Click OK to Terminate the program or
Click cancel to debug the program

Which ever I hit, the computer turns off and restarts the
same window appears sometimes, other times it just keeeps
turning on the off and restarting?

Have you tried a repair install:
