log on to windows : winlogon.exe - Application Error

hello everyone,

my laptop have problem since yesterday. when i start (on) the laptop, it
take a long time to reach the blue screen. then, this mesage come out:

Log on to windows : winlogon.exe - Application Error
the instruction at "0x75978dc1" referrence memory at "0x00000000".
click OK to terminate the program
click CANCEL to debug the program

this is the tenth time i restart my laptop, and i try OK or cancel, but
still like the same..
what is wrong with it? is it software or hardware problem? and how to solve
this problem.
please help me..

software issue...winlogon.exe...logon utility of windows...thats why you
cannot boot to desktop...

try booting to safe mode...uninstall recently installed software or hardware
if any...perform a system restore...
