What is the Wininit32 and is it suppose to be on my
computer I have tried to look this file up and I can not
find it anywhere. Is this maybe a virus?

I don't have a wininit32 file in my WinXP computer - or in my archived copy
of Win2K.

I do have \WinNT\wininit.ini in both WinXP and Win2K; it's only a 10-byte
file containing just the one-word label: [rename]

A Google search for "wininit32" comes up empty. For "wininit", Google gets
over 9,000 hits. The first one is about a virus, the "Bymer Trojan", that
uses a file named "wininit.exe".

In what context do you see "Wininit32"?
