WindowsXP sp3

Hey Microsoft what gives? I've been waiting for sp3 now for several weeks and
still no joy. I even bought a brand new DVD burner to burn an image of my
system drive once i got sp3 installed on it and it is itchin' to burn . If
any of you MVP's on here have any pull with Microsoft tell them to get on the
ball and get that puppy released. Thanks for listening.
 
SP3 is still on schedule. The announced release date is the first half of
2008. Release could be any time between now and June 30.
 
Suggest you wait, if don't want a half cooked egg.
Also make an image backup before you install SP3 (once it is available),
just in case the egg is not fully hatched.

Though these groups may be hosted by Microsoft...
MVP's are not Microsoft employees so of course could not influence sp3's
release.

When it's ready , it will be ready. Just wait for it to become official
