Shortly after accessing Outlook Express my mouse sticks and refuses to move.
So far it happens only in OE. I must shut down manually and restart. I have
used Norton Clean Sweep, Adaware, Pestscan, cleared the cache, defragged,
restored to a previous backup all to no avail..

It occurs to me that your inbox.dbx may be corrupt. If you can get into OE
successfully move all email messages out of your inbox. Shut down OE.
Search for inbox.dbx. Rename to inbox.old. Restart OE.
