Eliminating caching images

I opened a website which said it was necessary to disable image caching in
order to view the site.
How do I disable image caching?

Images are pictures, at least last time I looked In IE, try
Tools>Internet Options>General tab>Advanced button. In the list scroll down
to and uncheck "Show pictures" . Remember to repeat after done so you WILL
see pictures/images next webpage or IE use.
