I better find that page again and copy and paste it.
One thing I can tell you now is,that over 200 applications
will not work,and many of them are microsofts own.
Among many of those are Outlook & Office.

the Microsoft article is in english.

Outlook, Outlook Express and Office work just fine here after SP2 is
applied. In fact, I deployed it to 4 machines and not one piece of
software, Microsoft or otherwise, was broken.

sounds good to me. they are finally doing something with the os to prevent
some of the most basic security attacks. any program that doesn't work
probably needs a fix anyway. the full link is:

The knowledge base says that the programs may "behave
differently." That's completely different from not
working.
