Windows XP1 Service Pack (CD)

This am i tried to install the above service pack. All
went well until the installation phase, I keep geting the
message Integrity questions re. Update, inf. The
installation disk reverts to the opening instructions and
does nothing. There is the regular arrow(curser)
appearing. Any one with a fix?
