windows xp

need help badly. windows xp isn't working properly. getting alot of pop ups
even though all pop up blockers are on. can't get rid of them. also, want to
do a recovery but not sure how and don't want to mess anything up. Can you
help?

Shawna, do you have a WinXP CD or a Recovery CD? If you have a XP CD
you can do a Repair or Clean Install.
If you have a Recovery CD then that will return you to the original
WinXP that was on your computer when you purchased
it. Either way you should first save all your important files, settings

To do a Recovery your best source would be the Computer
Manufacturers ( Dell, Gateway etc ) website.
