Vista doesn't amke documents any more than Win XP or Windows 98. I suspect
you mean that you are using Word 2007 at home and some older version of
Word at work.
You have two choices: Download the compatibility pack on your work
computer so that you can read .docx documents, if your work policies allow
that. If not, instead of hitting Save, do a Save As and change the file
type to Word 97-2003 version.
