Windows XP Won't Startup

Hi,

I have a problem in when I start my PC, everything appears to be OK the
windows startup splash screen appears but the the screen goes blank and my PC
crashes. I have tried starting in safe mode but I get the sames problem, any
help would be appreciated.

Try another graphics card (a different make/model to your existing
one). I've found that corrupt graphics drivers can cause this problem.

It's worth a try. Good luck.

Can you help too? This computer is a Media Center Edition 2005, but in Help
and Support it is 2004... Anyway, when I tried downloading something to my
computer, I also accidentally restarted when the download was halfway. This
is a new DELL computer, and now I cannot start Windows normally, only in Safe
Mode. There is no recovery disc, and I'm stuck with starting in Safe Mode
with Networking options. I've checked the Internet and have come up with
nothing. Please help!
