windows xp user accounts

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right group to post
this in but my problem is I have Windows XP. I have 2
accounts on there. I am trying to get to the site
www.glcu.org. I can only get to that website to come up
using one of the accounts. When trying to goto that site
when logged into the other account it just says "done" at
the bottom with a blank white screen. Is there something
wrong in the settings or something? Can you help me?

Hi Lance,

What are the account types? (admin, power user, user, etc) Have you tried
clearing the Temporary Internet files folder? From IE open Tools menu and
select 'Internet Options'. When Internet Options dialog appears click
'Delete Files...' button and then click OK button to delete all files in the
Temporary Internet Files folder. Click OK button to close dialog. Now
press Ctrl + F5 to reload the web page.
