Windows XP upgrades

Can I copy the upgrades from my internet capable computer
onto a non internet capable computer. If I can how do I
do it.

Yes you can, use the Windows Update Catalog feature.

You can't copy them, but you can redownload them them, burn them too a CD,
then install them on your computer without internet. Use the Windows
Catalog to obtain the updates.
